Ecco Swag

Alright, so I just have to take a moment and recognize how sweet the Ecco swag is. All of this stuff is high-caliber - even down to the little yak mascot that undoubtedly has the power to keep spirits up when the going gets tough. Having received the package last night, I am eager to plan a hike through a waterfall! Thanks Ecco for providing such quality gear to support us on our excursions and adventures. I spent a good portion of last night walking around the house in the boots and running through various configurations for the overnight pack - even figured out where to put a camelback pouch! Like a kid in a candy store…
Looks like many of us Sherpas are into other sports and activities as well as hiking and backpacking. Quite a bit of skiing/snowboard and I, myself, love to also mountain bike and run. Ecco makes some running shoes that I think I’ll have to splurge on now. Maybe Ecco will come out with ski/boarding boots or mountain biking clip-ins? I am definitely a fan of the Yak and of Goretex - and could use water-proof biking shoes for forging streams.
