ECCO has invited 20 semi-professional hikers from all to over the world to join the ECCO sponsored Team Sherpa. All hikers are 100% authentic and have been recruited either through the internet and personal recommendations. ECCO Sherpas are active hikers, who constantly push their limits in all sorts of hiking terrain. They hold a true passion for the mountains, the wilderness and exploring the world by foot.
It is the goal that ECCO Team Sherpa will encourage and inspire others to be active and plan their own hiking adventures.

www.team-sherpa.com will act as an online blogging platform. All team members will be blogging about their hiking preparations, training, adventures and experiences. Visitors to the site will be invited to leave comments or questions for the team members while looking through the ECCO Sherpas’ personal hiking images, videos or travel recommendations.

ECCO has provided each team member with one pair of hiking boots from the X-Series collection. The Sherpas share their feedback with the product development departments at ECCO in order to ensure high quality hiking footwear.
