Biography
I was born on December 28, 1983, in Kielce, Poland, where I graduated in high school. I also finished the Youth Academy of Leaders at the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy. For many years I've been interested in mountain hiking. I like visiting new places, discovering “untouched” corners, and meeting new people, their culture, and way of life.
In my native region I was responsible for hiking trips in the Holy Cross Mountains (Polish name: Gory Swietokrzyskie) several times. This gave the opportunity to meet many people and experience the beauty of the oldest mountains in Poland.
My second hobby is sports. I like running, not professionally, but just for myself. In 2006 I ran the marathon held every year in Wroclaw (Poland) – a huge sports event which attracts people from all over the world. Doing sports gives me a feeling of flexibility and good physical health.
Besides sports and hiking, my biggest passion is photography. I started a year ago by participating in a photography course for beginners. This year I'm taking an advanced course.
Photography is a marvelous experience for me. It helps me collect amazing, “frozen” moments of my life and the places I visit. All together it gives me a lot of pleasure and new inspiration.
Both in my daily life and while hiking I like to feel comfort and safety. That's why I am interested in ECCO products and its brand in general.
When I became a member of the ECCO Sherpa Team, I knew that a new and exciting adventure was about to begin. Becoming part of the ECCO Sherpa Team was an excellent opportunity for me to work on my personal development and share my hiking experience with other members of the ECCO Sherpa Team community.
With best regards,

Thirty kilometers southwest of Wroclaw , in a lowland area, the Ślęża massif arises. The name of the mountain is probably derived from the Old Slavic word “ślęg” what means a swampy place, often wrapped in fog. This corresponds to the climate of this area. The Ślęża (718 meteres) is the highest summit of the Ślęża massif and a place of great importance to early pagans.Legend says
